Prayut arrives in Washington DC

Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha arrived in Washington, DC, on Sunday night Thailand time on a state visit to the United States.

The prime minister was received by Thailand’s ambassador to the US, Pisan Manawapat, at Dulles International Airport at 10.40am local time (9.40pm Thailand time on Sunday).

 

The prime minister was scheduled to meet Thai businessmen in the US before meeting US President Donald Trump in the White House on Monday local time.

Mr. Prime Minister : Be sure to flatter the American as much as possible.  Work his name into all conversations at every opportunity.  Compliment him on his landslide victory last year even though he lost by 3M votes.   Do not say anything about the size of his hands.   

I wonder how many times he’ll stop and point at white people and say “oooooo farang”

He is having his Rodney Dangerfield moment now.  He will probably be happy to leave.

I remember the press conference Thaksin (the older) and baby Bush had after  visiting the WH.

It took 30 mins but for 25 mins Bush was talking to the press about Osama Bin Laden. The leftover mins were for Thaksin in which he asked/begged not to clone Thai's Yasmine rise ... I guess he (Thaksin) still has nightmares about it ... It was such a humiliation.

Still searching for an USA news media reporting on Grumpy visit. Nope, none, zilch. Even the transgender that got murdered was on the CNN news. That's how unimportant his visit is and tomorrow Trump is off to PR and really leave little time for his much bragged about state visit.

I do hope his taxi from the airport had a working meter....

I will just bet that he won't tell the press to hush up (or censor them) now like he does at home in Thailand........

Her is sure to want his 'BIG FACE' seen by everyone possible and probably paid well (but not from HIS own pocket, surely) for reporters and camera men to accompany them........ 

Probably paid for Private Jet with money from the poor Issan rice farmers..........

I totally detest that this new upcoming 'Fidel Castro' is being 'welcomed' into 'our' US Whitehouse.........
