I'm looking for a sample lease agreement that includes clauses relevant and applicable to the laws in Thailand. We intend to rent out our small office to a firm and are looking for a reasonable and usable contract we could use. I did contact several legal firms and the prices they are quoting is upwards of 30,000 baht, which is more than 1.5 months rent for us. Any one can point us in the right direction? If we can't find something readily available, I'm more than happy to pay something a little more reasonable for it. Preferably we would like the contracts to be both in English and Thai. Thank you.
