And the woman, well she dropped her bottle of Full Moon and then "Bang"! Only in Thailand! A Wai to the family of the dead motorcyclists and a 500 baht fine! Amazing Thailand.

Why are police not naming the SUV driver? Don't these articles always mention the perp?

Anyone else suspect she's excluded from the practice cuz having an SUV points to being hi-so?
