I have been told that there is a Department of Land Transport office near Wat Rai King in Samphran. 

 

Can anybody give me directions or, better still, the GPS coordinates ?

It's about 1 km from Wat Rai Khing.

Can be reached from HW 4 or 3316.

It's quite "hidden".

All narrow access roads.

That's very helpful. I need to go to Immigration which is near Wat Rai King anyway.
