I am looking for a serviced apartment with a budget of Baht 50,000. Will appreciate if you can suggest me a great property based on my requirements stated below:

 

My requirements are as follows:

1. One Bedroom Apartment/ Condo

2. All utility expenses included (Electricity, water, internet and TV)

3. Ideally located in Lumpini Area - But will consider anything near a BTS

4. Should have good facilities
