NO. The US English for cheque, ie written promise to pay an amount, is spelled check. Americans are simplifying our archaic orthography. And adding to the confusion.

there are too many instances where Trump said he will donate, but didn't, he will pay people for their work, but didn't. The fool is a habitual liar. He tweets lies and distorts information every single week.

 

Trump was playing golf when the soldiers body arrived back in the US. When Obama was president, he was often at airports to receive the dead soldiers. Trump plays too much golf!

According to one report the check is indeed in the mail... sent out on the very day the White House said "The check has been sent!"
In other words it had not been sent until the effluvia impacted the cooling device.
"Quick, send some intern to the post office with this!!!"
