When I enter 192.168.1.1 into the address field of any browser, the 3BB Router login page isn't displayed - I get the message 'No Data Sent' or equivalent. I spoke to 3BB but didn't get anywhere - was told to switch on the wifi via the switch on the right-hand side. That's all well & good but I want to get into the router settings - which I was able to do up until today. I've turned off the computer & router and rebooted, but can't get in.
