Princess Sirindhorn to officiate exhibition of Royal cremation ceremonies

 

 

Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn will preside over the opening of an exhibition of the Royal cremation ceremonies at the ceremonial ground in Sanam Luang on November 2.

 

Culture Minister Veera Rotepojanarat said Friday (Oct 27) that the exhibition will run until November 30 and will be open to public viewing from 7 am until 10 pm every day. Between 3,000-5,000 people will be allowed into the exhibition area for each round which will take 45 minutes up to one hour, he said, adding that it was expected that about 100,000 people would visit the exhibition each day.

 

Three million pamphlets of the Royal crematorium and three millions of postcards of the Royal crematorium in nine versions have been published and to be distributed at the exhibition site.
