Now that Makro no longer stock (those herb thing are terrible) them where would one buy them in Pattaya for similar price and quantity ?

130b for half a kg is a bit exxy, does the bus deliver to my door or do I have to fight the traffic and go find it ?

I Just get the Walls Irish recipe frozen sausages out of Villa.

Not sure if they're Cumberland or not, but they taste good.

Incase anyone is interested, Makro (Rangsit - BKK) has some Cumberland style** sausage back in stock today. Last time i got some there they were not bad at all.

** not the ring, but quite large.

 

They also had paprika sausage of similar size to the Cumberland.

 

Probably could be at other locations too.

Does anybody know where I can get sausage making supplies?

 

I made 2.5 kg of Cumberland sausages today and I need more 30 or 32 mm collagen sausage skins.
