Macadamia Nuts

Featured Replies

I understand Macadamia nuts are grown near Chiang Mai. I’m planning a visit there soon and wondering if anyone could advise a good shop to purchase them from. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

They are branded and sold nationally so there may not be any bargains - but hope I am wrong.

there is a little coffee stop where the lady makes and sells locally grown coffee and macadamia nuts...

I buy these at 7-Eleven and throw away the rest.

We’ll definitely be going to that coffee shop! The road to it looks great for a motor bike ride. I just need to somehow stop the GF from yelling out “careful darrr-lin!” at EVERY turn...

I also buy those at 7-Eleven, problem is...GF has extracted and eaten every macadamia before we arrive home!
