New 3BB connection giving very low upload speeds.

Just had 3BB installed and been checking the speed against their claims. The download speed is fine, getting the advertised 100mbps, but the upload speed is around 1.5 when it should be 30mbps. Is there a reason for this?

 

EDIT: The test I ran was a 3BB speedtest, but I tried Ookla and it's fine, getting just over 30mbps.

Just tried the 3BB speedtest from my ToT connection.

Gives me 46.4 / 24.2 which is plausible (50/30 would be ideal but others are connected).

Now the question is whom to believe.

If the 3BB speed-test continues to deliver such bad upload you have to contact 3BB as in reverse they will always refer to their speed-test when you complain (they basically guarantee rates only up to their Bangkok servers).
