Probably an Oriental Rat snake. Very common and harmless.

it looks like a Rat snake but dont take it as Gospel,   If a rat snake not poisonous,  But can be very aggressive, i have seen one lunge at a guy attaching itself to his chest. Treat ALL Snakes a s poisonous,

If for sure rat snake will bite if you get too close but no venom.

Lots of variation in the basic pattern and colour so best to call the local snake catchers.

Some vipers can look similar but are a whole different ball game.
