I can only assume that you're doing your best to distill it down to money and looks because you lacked both in sufficient quantities to make an impact.

No, I distill it down to age. No western woman that I desire would even consider me despite my god like looks, Prince Charming demeanour and keep em laughing repertoire of jokes. The only women that would consider me look like my granny and no way I'm going there.

 

I prefer my sexual partners to be sexually active, and looking sexy is a good start. Not a common quality in western divorcees over 50 with a few kids and a waistline to match.

My real western male friends usually talk about fitness, cycling, hiking, sex, drinking and coffee.

We also talk about the more optimistic TV posters who have found a 'different' Thai woman and want to sell their assets in the west to buy their new loves property and land in Thailand. That's always good for a laugh.

 

The fitness chat occupies around 75% of our 'talk' time .......

this morning I cycled for 2 and 1/2hours (45Km).

then met a mate and talked for 1 hour (mainly cycling, hiking, running, body building).

now I'm with my 6 year old son, posting on Tv, listening to Aventura, and he's playing on his tablet (no talking).

I don't talk all that much, always thought gabby men were weak, 1 hour of chat was plenty for this 24 hours.

Last girl I slept with in the UK was 23 years old, and was previously in my eldest son's class when he was at high school (I was 52 at the time).

I don't think a 23 year old would have the experience to be exciting, but willingness is a big turn on.

They claim that a woman is at the height of her sexuality at 30, and I'd agree with that, as they've had time to gain experience and technique. Also, the flightiness of youth will hopefully have gone.

I know quite a few guys who made big money in their home country and decided to move here with a big chunk of their wealth, buying top range houses or condos, often more than one.

And these guys, no matter how wealthy, walk around with their trophy Thai beauty, much younger than them, because this is what they like...

I knew many of guys like that when they arrived as well, although most left Thailand  penniless and alcoholics

 A little pedantic maybe! I have known a few guys in the tourist areas of CM who drink until their money dries up and then try and negotiate a loan with the bar owner until their next pension payment arrives.  So they are penniless and alcoholic for a while!
