I have tried several tweaker programs in the past but the all were a bit "nerdy" This one has many options and is easy to use. It gives an explanation on every tweak so you know what it does and has an easy revert to default if you don't like the result.

 

Nice program and it's free - but as with all freebies make a donation if you can, they deserve it  

 

 

Create a restore point before you even start this programme.  The "default" setting is their defaults not your original settings and the descriptions can be very misleading. 

 

Use at your peril.

 

If you want to "tweak" your system and learn about win10 at the same time I suggest Google is your friend.
