My MAX net was down for 24 hrs............I suppose they tried to be helpful. For a start, their phonetical alphabet is something else.

S for Superman

T for Twotimer

All day yesterday someone tried to connect me, saying " The trouble is your end"

This morning still down.

" MAX-net was down all day yesterday" they told me this morning

Oh well.

Today we went through the pass word routine again.

S for Sierra

G for Golf

T for Tango

Yes, that's right. But you've put the wrong password in. Six times we went through it, still wrong password.

" I'll text you the password " she said.

Oh dear...........seems it was G for Twotimer or Tango

Pasted the new one in. Still wrong. My fault she said. Mistyping. Six times. And it seem to revert to the wrong password when I pasted.

" I'll give you a new password" she said.

Perfect. Why can't they do it straight away.

Same with UBC yesterday. I had a secondry system hooked up. Two hours they said. Nothing. Four hours more they said. Nothing. Tomorrow first thing they said. Nothing. Later today they said. Nothing. My wife got on the phone

" If it's not on in the next five minutes, come back, take everything out and give us our money back."

Bingo! 4 1/2 minutes later it was on.

She should hire herself out doing just that. No shortage of clients I'm sure. :o
