Anyone have any advice? If you are 100% sure you will have no contact with a policeman while on your 1 day as an overstayer, and can reach the airport without being involved in an accident, by all means do nothing and pay the fine at the airport. At this point in time, I believe they will do nothing other than take the money. If you lose the gamble, you will regret not taking steps to avoid being an overstayer. justmaybe
Unwittingly, I overstayed by two days last time. Discovered at the airport, 1000 for the overstay, and no big deal. Back this time on a visa exempt entry and no mention of the recent exit.

I got a one year and was done by 9:40,_and got passport at 10:20. Never have or will use an agent. The guy after me said the IO spent seven minutes with me. I walked 12 minutes to 1006 and got back near That Phae Gate for 15 THB. Sorry. What/where is 1006?
