Im totally confused about this new rule for tourist visa. I had 60 days on my visa and then I went to immigration office and got 30 more days. In the end of january I have to do the visa run to get 30 more day but then what do I do? I want to stay for a year? How do I get a non immigrant B visa or should I just keep on doing visa run every month? Im might start working later this year as a teacher...

You are not going to get a non immigrant B visa on your good looks. If and when you get employment offer and full sets of paperwork you can worry about that.

Until then the best you can do is tourist visas or visa free entry. There is no set limit on tourist visas so you may be able to exit every 90 days, obtain tourist visa and return for 60 days, extend for 30 days and repeat. Or you can try visa free entry if from country so authorized and border crossing every 30 days until you have 90 days total - they you must not use again for 90 days so a tourist visa would be required.
