Urgently need a CR based hospital with strong respiratory dept to diagnose root cause and develop lifestyle plan for me.  Needs to be english speaking and preferably associated with major hospital in BKK.  Any suggestions?

Note that Dr. Atikun is in Chiang Mai, not Chiang Rai, but I agree that he is very highly recommended and will worth the trip down from Chiang Rai.

I do recommend trabel to CM, OP is unlikley to get  the level of care he seeks in CR.
