I need to renew my initial two year moto driver's license in Phuket for a five year license.

 

I believe the requirements include:
 

- Immigration residence verification

- Two pics

- Take depth perception / color blindness / reaction tests

- Watch a one hour safety film.

 

Can anyone who's done their renewal recently verify the above or give me a current checklist?

That's a good start. Add a few photocopies of your passports relevant pages and maybe a doctor's certificate and you should be set. Oh and of course bring your old license.

 

During the last renewal they didn't make me sit through the video but as you know, YMMV.

Of course you're right - always have lots of passport copies.
I'll add a doctor's certificate, as well.
