I will pick up my non b visa tomorrow. And my wp will be ready to pick up on friday.

Can I enter to Thailand tomorrow with my visa? Or do I need to wait friday?

You don't need the work permit to enter the country.

Make sure you put the visa number on the arrival card and check the date stamped before you leave the Imm' desk.

Maybe seem like an obvious thing to say but it can and does happen more than people think, getting 30 instead of 90 days stamped.

No idea!!! Why do they think they can tell you that, seems very strange to me because that's your decision.
