Stanaris
Hi, looking for a little bit of advice please. My wife and I will be arriving in Thailand from the UK on 24th December. I was wondering if it would be best to book a taxi on line prior to arriving or take a chance in the taxi queue, heard many different stories about that. We are travelling to Suphan Buri which is about 2 hours north of Bangkok. Any advice would be appreciated Thanks
Aussieroaming
No need, just go to the bottom floor and go to the taxi rank and get a slip

thaibeachlovers
I think you will have a problem getting a taxi at the airport q that would take you on that day. They'll make far more doing short trips in Bkk. However, anything is possible. If you have to go that day, absolutely book transport. A taxi will probably be well over a thousand baht. Have you looked at taking the train or a bus? Edited December 19, 2017 by thaibeachlovers
Stanaris
Thank you for the replies We have now managed to book a taxi, luckily my wife kept a taxi drivers card from a previous visit and rang him. Problem solved
