Yes there are minivans outside. I done it once I think it might have been 400 baht maybe less or even 150 baht some 4 odd years ago.

 

Long beach area is best place on lanta. 

 

 

You can also rent cars at the airport from 700baht a day, which is really convenient if doing a short trip to Lanta.

Yes there are minivans but price obviously depends on where you want to go on Koh Lanta.
