Credit card Transfer

Featured Replies

Hello all

I'm in the position that I may need to pay for something using my Credit Account

BUT the only way I can do this is through Internet Banking

So no doubt I will get the receivers account details then what ?

* If I send in my home currency I will get a better rate - but wont know exactly

* & if I sent in BHT it will be crap

So would you think they would except a foriegn payment that will also attract fees

Is this doable & doesn't go down as a cash transfer (pending how the corporations bank account is set up

In general, you should get a better exchange rate by exchanging on the Thai end. Providing more detail, such as the names of the receiving country and receiving bank, will probably attract replies from those with specific knowledge.

Thanks

It seems like I wont be able to pay by credit

It was for a school in Thailand but I just discovered their payment form - KTB bank, cash or cheque (typical schools here as the one that my son goes to now only wants cash in hand ( Go Thai 4 )

I was hoping to pay like a B Pay system (via internet banking ) so it would be recorded as a purchase instead of a cash withdraw
