Story of incest, lies, rape and intrigue as Thai society described as "crazy"

Tnews screamed that Thai society was crazy as they reported a story about a family break-up.

The story involves rape by a step-father who has a child with his eldest teenage step-daughter and has made his youngest pregnant.

Now the Paveena Hongsakul Foundation for women and children has got involved and a man has been arrested.

The case gained a wider audience earlier this month when a mother discovered the whereabouts of her two teenage daughters who had been taken away from her three years ago.

After Facebook contact she arranged to meet them in a roadside rendezvous. She was shocked to discover that her eldest daughter was cradling a six month old infant. And the other was three months pregnant.

The story began in Chantaburi back in 2014 when the mother discovered her children - then aged 13 and 12 - were being raped by her husband.

The police got involved but when the husband found out he was a suspect he told the children their lives were in danger and abducted them and disappeared.

Three years later the mother found out they were living in Saraburi and after online contact decided to snatch them back.

The girls said that their step father had become involved with drugs and had imprisoned them and assaulted them.

The mother met the girls with her new husband but as they fled their car broke down and Paveena's foundation were called as they had no money and were desperate.

The actions of the foundation has now prompted the police in both Chanthaburi and Saraburi to act and the step-father is now in custody.

He had earlier gone to Saraburi police to claim that the daughter with whom he had a child was his wife and her and her sister had been abducted by their real mother for the purpose of selling them into sex slavery.

Police doubted this and kept tabs on the story that has now turned out to be an entirely different matter.

he needs life in jail as he's wreaked 2 girls lives.

Unfortunately not only here , Just had a few in Auss

It is a sad twisted world we live in.

Sadly some men marry women who already have daughters, just so they can have their way with the young girls.

Not only in Thailand, it happens all over the world.

Agreed. This is how societies have evolved today, sick and twisted where all the old moral standards have been cast aside and sadly Thailand is not immune.

Looks like the Police missed their chance back in 2014,he buggered off,did the Police look

for him and the Children?, seems like answer is not really, now make sure he's not given bail,

he has given up his rights to anything.

The word "consequences" is not translatable into the Thai language. End of story.

Incest, rape and child abuse has been around since the very beginning of mankind, the biggest difference is that it's reported a lot more these days. It's got little to do with how the society is evolving.

It is the responsibility of her family's menfolk to put a stop to this, not the police ... unfortunately, the nanny state has arrived in Thailand too ,,, and apathy crowns the menfolk .... pitiful ... just pitiful

So the police should sit idle while 12 and 13 year olds are being abused?

Once again, I'm not seeing the mother as being all innocent in this.

The stepfather being the prick that he is, might  not be far wrong about the mother intentions.

If he is a prick wouldnt that mean he would be more likely to be wrong about her intentions?

I know what to say. "The father is no larger than a bug and should be squashed like an insect he is"? Simple!

...correct, his stench will be forever in their nostrils and he has stained their lives for eternity.
