Police HQ investigating "Hi-So man" with gun and police connections

Daily News reported on the case of a man revealed in social media as an individual with "rights" to carry a gun in public and enjoy police escorts around the city.

 

The story broke when the man - who has not been named but is described as 'hi-so' - posted pictures of himself with a gun in a vehicle. There was also a video of him being escorted by motorcycle riding police along a road that appeared to be in Bangkok.

 

In a post it was said that this facility had been granted him many times.

 

When Daily News Online went to check, the picture and video had been taken down.

 

They were contacted by a member of the public who appeared to know the individual asking what gave him the right to carry a weapon and enjoy police protection.

 

Now the office of the spokesman of the National Police Bureau is taking an interest and investigating what is going on.

Real hisos try to be understated, stay away from the limelight and out of focus as much as possible and try their darndest not to draw attention to themselves or what they are doing. Unlike this git, who probably thinks hiso means having a few 1,000-baht bills lining his pocket.

He has pixel hand syndrome from far to much use and it looks to be spreading to his brian.

This time someone did not get caught with HI-SO Watch, but the gun!

In other news, Thai man shoots off his penis after hitting a bump while driving in car.

 

The odds of being able to actually hit his very small penis were one million to one. His license plate numbers are being used in the next lottery.

I've seen weapons blurred out on Thai TV, but this is the first time I've seen a hand blurred out instead... He must be one dangerous <deleted>

If you can afford it, you can always hire police escorts in Thailand. I've saw somebody advertising their service online on Linkedin too!

Could be a tattoo blurred out. Maybe not a hi so, just someone pretending to be important, the cop just happened to be in front of him. Just  think what is going to happen when all these police guns are sold around the country. 

The next time you are stuck in traffic and there is a member of our BIB in front on a bike, just take a photo of him then show all your mates how you got a police escort home because you are so goddam important.

Yes back in the days when "Lady gai" took over the headlines it was said that anyone can hire a police escort.

As long as you have money Thai police can accommodate anything within their means!

Corner of Sukhumvit Soi 20. We often wait on the sidewalk hoping someone as important as he will toss his spent shell casings out for us to gather up to resell for money to buy rice.

What is it with these people that consider it "kool" to openly display guns in public & think they deserve preferential treatment? These are certainly the kind of people who should not be allowed to flout laws of the land under any circumstances & are definitely not fit to even be ever considered for a firearms permit. There are so many of these idiots running around thinking they are high class here ........ & they are a menace to society. They definitely need taking down "a peg or two" & should be heavily fined, locked up for a year, given hard labour & have a tracking device on their leg for a further year. Appearances are paramount to these "Hiso's" ........ a device like this would be perfect as loss of face is certainly not easily tolerated here.
