Degree Certification

Hello, y'all.  Hoping you guys can help me out because the HR department at my school is not very helpful.

 

So as per immigration laws, I need to get my degree certified.  I have done so at the US embassy (or an affidavit to be more specific), but I was told I also need to get a stamp at some other Thai building (in Bangkok, near Don Mueang I think).  The HR department couldn't tell me the name of the building I need to go to. 

 

Do you guys  know what building I need to go to?

The certification would be done at the Department of Consular Affairs on Chaeng Wattana road.

You should ask them if it needs to be translated. If yes the translation would also need to be certified there.
