January 17, 200719 yr I'm not a lawyer, but I know that the +30 bit is unenforceable! If the owner decides not to renew the lease then there is not much you can do about it Good luck! Simon

January 18, 200719 yr Hi30 years is ok with me, its just the paper say 30+30, i dont think i care in 30 years If you don't care then why are you asking? There are several good law offices on the island who will give you good advice, Legal advice is like everything else in the world: you get what you pay for. My comment is worth exactly what you paid for it Edited January 18, 200719 yr by slackula

January 22, 200719 yr Yes you are smart i know i dont care if its ONLY 30 years, i want to know if there is ,,, well forget it I wasn't trying to be smart, my point was that for something serious it might be a good idea to pay for proper legal advice, rather than asking on an internet forum. Any lawyers browsing the forum are probably not about to start giving out any advice more than "see a lawyer and pay for their time". Which is what I said. For free One law firm is a sponsor here, why not email them?
