First time ever I've had this but just made a booking with Nok Air, entered ALL the details correctly as per passport but it seems their system has failed to register numerous key presses on the name and sent me a confirmation with only the first letter of first name and first three letters of the family name!!  Bloody shambles. Been on to their call centre who said they need to check the IT department to see if the system is the problem or I need to pay for a name change!  Way to go eh, system screws it up and customer has to pay (most likely) for the privilege.  This will be one to remember!!  Sadly when selecting bank mobile app payment you get no information about passenger name on the text they send you.  I'll either stick to counter payments from now on or call their contact centre and ask them to spell the name out of the booked passenger in future!  Not impressed at all!!
