Renew Marriage Visa

Featured Replies

Hi a question to those that may know! My 12 month visa expires 18/03/18 and in December had to take money from bank account to prop business! But placed back in account so over 400,000 in from 18/01/18 so is this sufficient or when do I need to apply next extension for 12 months!

You will have the money in the bank for 2 months on the 18th of March so you could apply for your extension of stay (it is not a visa) on that day.

Looks like you can apply on or after 18th March.

Thanks so they would not require another 60 day Visa? Just apply on that day ? Everything is in order it was just the bank balance?

You will have the money in the bank for 2 months so not a problem to do it on the 18th of March but it is a Sunday so you would have to do it on the 19th or 20th.

Certainly no reason to apply for a 60 day extension.

Thank you very much for that information as I was as my wife was worried that they would go back to 60 day and then process again! They already visited our home first time and then again when applied Yellow Book ! And fined 2,000 baht for not reporting where living after had visit and 12 month extension applied and approved apart from petrol money they requested from my wife!!
