This is one side of an hospital id; it's about 15 years old. What and where is the hospital and which King is represented in the photo?

Thanks.

The building looks like the new part of the Vajira Hospital on Samsen Road in Bangkok, though it is not set in a green field.  If I am correct, the statue is presumably of King Vajiravuth (Phraram 6), who founded it.

Thanks a lot. I passed the info along as my own, hopefully impressing a former backpacker with the breadth of my knowledge, haha.

The Thai lettering says Vajira Hospital. This hospital was founded in Dusit District, Bangkok in 1912 by King Rama VI of Thailand. So presumably the statue is Rama VI.
