Visa B Single Entry,new Company,want Employ Me, But No 1 Yr. Extension Avail.

Hi all,

I'm trying to find out what can be done in the following case :

New Hotel / Resort 5 stars

Which will open soon (june 07),

(no profit made so far no Thai workers employed yet, obviously)

who wants employ me (European) with single entry Visa B.

(multi entry not available anymore in most EU countries)

From what I have learn here I will not be able to get the WP

and neither the 1 year extension, because previous year balance is not available, is that correct ?

What should be done in this case ?

I have to drop the employment opportunity for a black hole under current imm. law ?

Means that I must find a company set up already who wants employ me

in order to get the WP and year extension ?

I do not think I can get another 3 months single entry B after mine is expired from the

same company (correct ?), so I should stay under Tourist visa till the company present

their first balance ?
