I don't know anything about it, just I remember that, maybe you can find that somewhere.

Issan Air is a mickey mouse airline my mate who had a prefectly good job with YORKSHIRE AIR was recruited by Issan Air as a Sky Marshall on there Udan to Khon Kean route he had to wear a cowboy outfit with marshalls badge and his seat on the plane was labelled reserved for sky marshall.. after a couple of flights he resigned and was head hunted by B A

It is supposed to be a humorous parody about a fictitous (not real) airline. The people who believe this airline is real are the same ones who believe the Issan child abduction/organ harvesting rumors.

Yes, I always use this airline when I have to go from Sangkhom District to Nong Bualamphu. And it is true, you only pay the distance you travel AND you can carry your goat, cat, golf clubs, shampoo, granny and mortar and pestle with you to the cabin (the latter for the case of non-satisfactory preparation of Somtam). The friendly personnel will not give you a small, cheap flower like other airlines are not ashamed to do, but adorn the female passengers with a diadem (watch “Suriyothai” if you don’t know how they look like) and give the male passengers a “Phae Ipou” in yellow and white. Let’s found an “Isaan Air Fanclub”!

Do they have a frequent flyer programme?

Does anyone know if Issan Air will be relocating to Don Muang DMK, or will they continue to use Suvarnabhumi BKK. Any info greatly appreciated.

Some flights might be transferred, but all their A380-services will remain at Swampy-Boom, or so I heard.
