They're probably about a 10min walk apart (easy walk, not power walk) Baan Chai Talay is near Chiva Som & Chom View is slightly further into Khao Takiab on the other side of the Hyatt Regency. Should be fairly easy to get together. Walk might be even quicker if you walk down the beach rather than the road!
