The Thais would do us all a favor if they can get rid of him the local way. Make it look like a suicide.

Glad I don't know you. A sick comment and your mention of "us", doesn't include me.

It really boggles the mind that Thailand even allows the infamous 'usual suspects' international motorcycle gangs to operate here, and with impunity it seems.  I'm guessing the stuffed-to-the-max brown envelopes (and/or super-expensive luxury watches) are working their magic with the ultra-corrupt police/junta/authorities.  In fact, it seems to me that these same biker gangs have been flourishing here in recent years.  Meanwhile, Little P and his 'anti-corruption' posers have—instead—been cracking down on beach smokers, toy drone flyers and, last but not least, the extremely dangerous game of darts.  Go figure.

F. F. S. even muttering T.I.T. can't explain this insanity away.

Yes they do as its the only way to get the message across otherwise idiots never learn and put up with the corruption and crime because they cannot afford to leave?

You live your life to warn “idiots” ( your word not mine) about Thailand? Wow best you move on and leave adults to make their own decisions.  Hate to be cruel but you are not the smartest tool in the shed and we can get along without you.

The Thai media said that he would now face deportation after being detained.

Why deport him? He will only sneak back into the country. It will be better for all concerned, if he was fatally shot "while trying to escape". He is a waste of space and no imaginable  value to society.

Yes, they can. But as Thaiwrath pointed out, they can blacklist him all they like, for a thousand reincarnations if it keeps people happy, and he will still be back here shortly, if he wants to. I know who these folks are, and trust me, it is well within their capability.

Leaky borders assist. One Yingluck out, one bad guy back in.

Pity it was not only ONE!!!!

The HA and others in The USA, Australia and Scandinavia make their money from Skag and ice. They are recognised and defined as criminal gangs.

"If" the allegations are true, I doubt HAMC or any other m/c clubs he knows will be too happy.

1% back patch clubs have absolutely NOTHING to do with smack (heroin).

In fact most clubs I know have a rule that any member who has anything to do with it, or needles, or the pipe (using, selling, association) and you are out big time. In bad standing.

As per usual, you did not read my above post.

I will repeat, one more time, and one more time only, back patch clubs have NOTHING to do with heroin.

Seems like there seems to be a bit of a "Blitz on Brits" headlines at the moment!

Yesterday it was all guns blazing for Danny Glass - today a Brit "Hell's Angel".

Not making excuses for "Bad Guys" but surely other nationalities get into trouble as well?

in Europe thats 100% not correct.

If you mean motorcycle gangs then they are involved with all kinds of crime, extortion, drug production and distribution, violent assault and as such many are designated by government authorities as 'Criminal Organisations'. This is well documented and has been for for over 7 decades. In Scandinavia, Australia and the USA to name a few.

sounds like a real nice chap.  a drug addict ...  :post-4641-1156693976:

He seems to be associated with a criminal gang who tied a man to a chair, beat him to death, then buried him in a shallow grave in Pratumnak.  I think that is more indicative of his character than his drug use. As this is not the normal behaviour of recreational drug users I don't understand your comment. It seems a tad one-sided and irrelevant.

A pound to a penny, he will return to Thailand, if deported. Deportation doesn't really deter serious criminals.

The fact that the lawyer got him off charges last June, indicates he probably has the money and connections to return here, and carry on.

Fact is if he is deported and black listed, then if he does return while black listed...

  1. he will have committed a crime by entering the country by either using false documents, or bypassing boarder checks
  2. he is in the country illegally while being blacklisted

They will throw the book at him if caught.

Sorry, but it is not as easy as that anymore with all this biometrics that is in place in all countries now, fingerprints, eyescans, etc for your passports and visa applications. It is not just a case of changing your name and your hair color anymore

In LOS the police, to make a living, depends on money from the people   once they get involved in a case...that is the major reason why the corruption is rampant..( basic pay I think 5000-10000 bhat and  they have to pay all the gear themselves ,still 10000 apply even when they have a well payed job elsewhere ) .and these gangsters pay big all the time.....otherwise they easy would find half kilo heroin and hang the guy and all his friends in no time...these gangs would be history in a week all their cash gone and the body's burnt....a twistet system makes it possible and voila all the good guys from around the world arrive fast..it's like a heap of stinking ugly cowshit where all the fly's attracted...
