A pound to a penny, he will return to Thailand, if deported. Deportation doesn't really deter serious criminals.

The fact that the lawyer got him off charges last June, indicates he probably has the money and connections to return here, and carry on.

Yeah, they are hoping he returns..... obviously want to get him on something more serious which is highly likely to happen.

Fact is if he is deported and black listed, then if he does return while black listed...

  1. he will have committed a crime by entering the country by either using false documents, or bypassing boarder checks
  2. he is in the country illegally while being blacklisted

They will throw the book at him if caught.

The man is a Hells Angel! I really don't think he would be too concerned with "committing

a crime" of any kind especially the crime of entering the country illegally

But that will not stop them from locking him up in the Bangkok Hilton before deporting him next time where he will be up against nutters harder than himself.

If you mean motorcycle gangs then they are involved with all kinds of crime, extortion, drug production and distribution, violent assault and as such many are designated by government authorities as 'Criminal Organisations'. This is well documented and has been for for over 7 decades. In Scandinavia, Australia and the USA to name a few.

This is from Wiki, yeah I know Wiki can't always be trusted but I seem to recollect reading similar elsewhere,

Criminal activities and incidents[edit]

Numerous police and international intelligence agencies classify the Hells Angels as one of the "big four" motorcycle gangs, along with the Pagans, Outlaws, and Bandidos, and contend that members carry out widespread violent crime and organized crime, including drug dealing, trafficking in stolen goods, and extortion, and are involved in prostitution.[27][28]Members of the organization have continuously asserted that they are only a group of motorcycle enthusiasts who have joined to ride motorcycles together, to organize social events such as group road trips, fundraisers, parties, and motorcycle rallies, and that any crimes are the responsibility of the individuals who carried them out and not the club as a whole.[29][30]

and a uk name change and new passport.. doesnt ping the current computer system.

Bet they have walls at immigration covered with photos of people that are wanted/black listed if not facial recognition software, he may get a new passport with a name change but it should still have hist place and date of birth, to change them would be fraud.

Maybe the should give him another tattoo free, "Black Listed" on his forehead.

in Europe thats 100% not correct.

Proof?

Unless you are talking about non Anglo Saxon White clubs, ie Maluccans, North Africans or Turks.

Fact - bikers hate heroin and all that it implies and entails.

I stayed there a few times when it was known as the Rendezvous and whatever it was called prior to that, the little chalets out the back around the pool were really cool and not expensive for a single traveller as I was back in those days.

I never got too involved with the girls in there to be honest, most of them were munters anyway, and not overly friendly, so I had my regular watering holes around the lake,  not really surprised to hear this news. I heard that the guy that originally built the place got shafted by his Thai Mrs who ended up with all of it LOL sucker.

The truth is that the primary reasons the Hells Angels do battle is to protect their business interests. And these days, almost exclusively, that means the drugs trade. Across the world, biker gangs are involved in drug-dealing and trafficking on a massive scale. Estimates from the FBI and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms suggest the Hells Angels and the other biker gangs collectively earn up to £1bn a year from the drugs business.

"The Hells Angels particularly are very involved in the drug-dealing scene in the UK," says a spokesman for the National Criminal Intelligence Service. "Traditionally their commodities were cannabis and amphetamine, but they are moving more and more into Class A drugs."

Class A drugs = Heroin, Cocaine, Methadone and Ecstasy

What is bong?

Amazing, they can deport people on overstay but can`t get rid of a hardened criminal and drug dealer, who I have no doubts this guy probably has a few murders under his belt as well.

Yes, he`ll definitely be back, for him this is just a temporary set back.

This man isn’t a Hells Angel ,probably an associate of Some of them.
Lately they Are getting much bad press And this Seems part of it.
That other Guy Who got arrested at suvarnabhummi Luke Cook last month is also no Hells angel but somehow in the press everywhere they say he is. Why ? Who knows...
In the case of Wayne Schneider the HA member Who got killed ,3 guys got arrested 1 sentenced to death.
None of them were bikers ,lots of information going around that just doesn’t seem correct.

The OP said he fled to Chiang Mai as if Chaing Mai was some foreign country with no extradition treaty. Then they waited for him to return before arresting him. Are the Provincial borders in Thailand like the State borders in the US? Get to the border and the Provincial cops can't follow you. Or was it the case that going to Chiang Mai to arrest him was too much like hard work?

Lets hope he gets busted for drugs in the UK before he gets the chance to come back. Lets hope Thailand bans him permanently.

Why don't you do a Google search on "Back Patch Clubs"?

"Back Patch Clubs"?  That's a misnomer.  International organized-crime motorcycle gangs are what most of these are — and their raison d'être —and recognized as such by many countries' authorities worldwide.  And, what exactly is your point sambum?  The usual suspects always proudly sport their gang's respective 'colors' and "back patches".  Sure, there are a few motorcycle clubs out there whose law-abiding non-thug non-evil non-criminal members simply enjoy the thrill of riding a motorcycle for what it offers, like I have since I was 16 years old.  Sadly, most riders who sport their gang's "back patches" are the antithesis of what motorcycling is really all about.

sambum, if you're not in one of the usual suspects—hoodlum—m/c gangs... good for you.  If so...

Probably is wanted in the UK but as he is being deported not extradited, so in theory he can go to any country that will let him in and does not have to return to the UK.

But changing his name and getting a new passport may be difficult to do without returning to the UK.

Sorry, but it is not as easy as that anymore with all this biometrics that is in place in all countries now, fingerprints, eyescans, etc for your passports and visa applications. It is not just a case of changing your name and your hair color anymore

I know for a fact that 12 - 18 months ago it was exactly as I said.

Get which message across? So you only post on here out of concern for others, very commendable.

I`ve no doubts this thug has criminal connections that will forge a passport for him, able to change nationality and name with a fake passport.

Can`t understand why the Thai authorities won`t lock him up for the next 50 years. There are already westerners serving long prison sentences for doing drugs and drug dealing, so what makes this scum immune from the process?

The Media have it wrong. Damon is not associated with H.A. nor is a thug as you say. His only crime is over stay. His guests brought Viagra etc to his party and he took the fall because he host of his birthday party. I think you all should apologise.
