January 20, 200719 yr Hi It's been a while since I last accessed my KBank account via the net, and there seems to have been a few changes since last time. Now I dont seem to be able to look at my web card details online. I have then recorded, but I cant/dont know how to access them now online. In another post on TV describes how to access the details - these options, for me, are not there now. The answer is : Account Management - Balance Enquiry - choose webcard - and hey presto all is revealed. Nevertheless, KBank have changed the layout of their website.

January 27, 200719 yr Yes, in my experience it is. I have used it with OTP in Thailand and via telephone and e-mail while in Canada.
