hi all, does anyone know for definite about the enter before date on a multi-entry tourist visa? does the date mean that the holder can make their last entry back into thailand on the "enter before" date itself on the visa? or does the entry have to be say a day before the date stamp on the visa?

You can do a entry on the enter before day and get a new 60 day entry.
