I am a condo owner in Pattaya and I report etc Immigration at Soi 5 Jomtien Beach Road

Does anyone know if my condo manager who is the juristic person there, is allowed to report my TM 30 on my behalf.

Some Condo blocks are set up to report as a service for the occupants but its not really their job or responsibility. You can report yourself as the owner.

I have reported myself as the owner but I was just wondering if he would be allowed to report on my behalf in the future, thus avoiding the necessity for me to attend.

The report doesn’t have to be made in person. You can complete the TM.30 yourself and get someone else to deliver it.
