- A massage salon selling cooked food outside.

- A barber selling candy outside.

- A bike repair shop selling fruits from the province outside.

- A laundry selling fresh coconut milk outside.

- A pharmacy selling coffee and tea outside.

- A restaurant closed and the owner is now selling used clothes.

- A gold shop closed as the customers in the area can't spend more money but now selling skin & hair care products.

Just an example from the soi next to my apartment building.

Thai government seeing this as an increase of economy.

I see it as an increase of poverty !!!

The veterinary where we often come to get food for our cats, is also complaining that he's getting less and less patients. He sees the economy in Thailand the same as I do.

Good results Khun Prayut Chan O Cha, just shows how wrong these TV keyboard whiners are.  Things are looking up in Thailand and the economic data reiterates what the real picture is. If farang are not happy then they should look elsewhere to spend their lives as time is too short to stay in a place that you have to whinge about on your pc everyday. Just a miserable existence for some who are waiting for the elevator.

You see this from street view. The junta PM see this from rosy reports that he reads and briefed each morning. He is so far from the real domestic economy and the difficulties of your average struggling Somchai who form the majority of the population.
