when quitting job, will non-imm 'visa' from one-stop visa service in chamchuri square expire?

hi there,

i know this has been discussed here before, but after a lot of seaerching amongst others here

i still could not find out for sure if previous posts applied to me. I am working on a work permit in thailand and possbily want to quit my job. i would like to stay in thailand though and look for new jobs but may want to quit before i found something new.  i just recently went to vientiane and got a non immigrant visa, single entry (image 1). Once back in thailand i went to onestop visa at chamchuri square and got a 1 year extension and apparently another multiple entry non-immigrant visa with help from my company. my previous visa from vientiane is stamped as 'Used' now.

the new visa by onestop visa was issued on 23 february. i know that if i quit my job, i lose my work permit and my extension will be void. the one thing i am not sure about is if i still have a valid non immigrant visa that will run for 90 days since 23 february or if i have to leave immediately (or pay for 7 day extension). I am still within 90 days both of reentring thailand with the single entry non imm visa as well as within 90 days of the new multiple entry non imm visa. Help would be much appreciated!

Your extension of stay overrides the original 90 day entry you got from the non-ib visa.

You will have to leave the country when your extension ends.

That the poster is satisfied surprises me because there appear to be two answers here.  ubonjoe says he can stay until   Feb. 2019 . However If he leaves his current job as he proposes,  will that entail cancelling his work permit and, as suggested by markaoffy, would that involve a review by immigration of his permission to stay?

I wrote he would have to leave when his extension ends. It ends when the job ends.
