Does anyone know of a reliable company / person who provides  services to assist in changing my 30 day visa to a legal Non O retirement visa?

Looking for a no nonsense legit company that you may have had personal experience with before  that you could recommend?

Either in Bangkok or Hua hin.

Firstly, you haven't got a Visa, you entered Visa exempt and were given permission to stay for 30 days.

 

Secondly, I assume you want to get a Non Imm O Visa as a prelude to obtaining a 1 year extension based on retirement.

Is there a reason why you don't want to do this application yourself.

Thank you, Yes I went to Thai immigrations in Hua hin thinking I could easily get a renewal on a  old non o visa but I didnt know they wouldnt do it because it expired. Need to start the whole process over again including old bank statements which I dont have because my initial 800k brought into country was in an old bank book. They looking for lease contract but I explained I owned a place here and had my electric bill to show but no good. So after 3 hours just gave up!

Need someone to babysit them as dont want to waste days playing games making copies!

Not sure why would need old bank statements. An update of your bank normally is enough but you do need proof the funds came from abroad but if you have had the money in the bank for a long time they can wave that.

You need proof of ownership. Your need your chanote or some other proof of ownership.
