permits needed for small guesthouse/resort

Anybody know where and which permits one might need to operate a small guesthouse/resort 9 rooms, no bar or alcohol involved.

You may need to download/save it on your computer, and open the PDF file locally – depending of your browser, the link will open a folder a default download folder to store the PDF in.
