I received a speeding fine to my old work address

Years ago I applied for finance on my pickup and had a WP at the time. Ive since paid it off and finished the contract at work. They forwarded a speeding fine where I was doing 116 in a 90 zone. 500 baht fine

 

 

We are moving to a new province soon. How does one change the address. I could change it to my in-laws address in the same province. Or is it better to do it in the new province. What would I need to provide to achieve this?

Just changed my address in the blue book, I needed a certificate of residence, copies of my passport and Visa and 55 BHT.
