None, you need to get a tourist visa or visa exempt stamp to enter.

Where did I hear then that it gives you some rights in Thailand too? Or was it for thai people who possess it?

On the Thai side, it confers no advantage. There is a theoretical advantage (not significant in practice) that, when doing a border hop, you do not need to stay overnight in Cambodia. Given that it only costs about 200 baht to have the requirement waived by Cambodian immigration, if they try to enforce it at all, getting a Cambodian business visa would scarcely be justified just for that.
