Who has been lately in Vientiane applying tourist visa, what documents were required?

The vientiane visa document is/was not available to download off their site in correct format. It prints but not in full. There is a correct one floating about to download on the site somewhere but they can be purchased right outside rue boucharine where you need to go. Photos can be made right outside too.

Download: Vientiane visa form.pdf  I suggest you print it in color since there are some notices that are red.

No need to purchase one as they are given away in the waiting area, or filled in for you in the building beside the waiting area, though you will pay for that service, photo booths are also inside.
