PHUKET:-- Phuket police are now gathering evidence in order to submit a request to the Phuket Provincial Court for an arrest warrant for the gunman who yesterday (Mar 4) shot 30-year-old Sinchai Kaewliporn while he was working on his car outside his property.

Phuket City Police Chief Col Kamon Osiri, Deputy Chief Lt Col Chao Phomna and Forensic Police’s Lt Col Kittasak Choophueng yesterday arrived at the scene of the shooting, a two-storey property in the Rang Siri housing estate in Moo 3 Rassada, the lower floor of which was used as a tattoo parlour, to find two pools of blood on the floor.

Police were told that two males, Sinchai Kaewliporn, 30, and Jakkapan Saluaiieam, 28 had already been taken to Vachira Phuket Hospital in Phuket Town.
