I use Outlook but a few months ago, all of a sudden, it became real slow at opening inbox, sent items etc. Any ideas. Thx.

Do you mean Outlook.com and if so which browser are you using to access it?

Sorry I can only suggest googling it and looking at all the various avenues - size of inbox, archiving if too many mails, checking the pst files, file corruption, latest Office updates installed etc

2007

Maybe you have a problem with an Outlook Add-In. They can slow it down.

Here are some info (that's just the first article I found)

http://www.tech-recipes.com/rx/1959/outlook_2007_disabling_enabling_add_ins/

It could also be that you have lots of mail which make the file size huge. If you use IMAP the .ost file grows all the time and even if you delete mails is does not get smaller. That makes it slow.

Other reasons might be and old hard disk with lots of fragmentation - defrag it.
