Retirement extension with combination of bank balance and income

Hello,

I am planning to use bank balance + income letter for the 800K requirement this year.

I believe that I have read before that when doing this there is no requirement that the bank balance has been maintained for a period of at least 3 months.

Can someone please confirm this?

The written rule in the police order does not mention the money has to be in the bank for any amount of time for the combination option.

But some immigration offices want it to be there for 60 days for the first extension or 3 months after that.
