I will soon order some merchandise of about 300 kilos from a Chinese company, to be delivered to the Bangkok harbor. Boat deliveries of this type is a new experience for me (I am usually a good DHL/UPS or post office customer, convenient but pricey).

Two questions:

1) Does anyone know a suitable freight company that can find the goods at the harbor and move it to a small village in the area outside Ayutthaya, about 110 kilometers northwest of Bangkok?

2) How can the goods be found at the harbor to begin with? Should I give some particular instructions to the Chinese firm?

I have not discussed any freight details with the Chinese firm yet, only agreed on sea delivery. This is by far the most inexpensive type of shipment and should take about two weeks.
