Hi, my agency wants to cancel my non-b visa and claims that I can't stay with it all three month I got it issued for. Note that I haven't got work permit yet. Is that the true fact or they just try to give me hard times as usually? 

Only immigration can cancel your visa and have no reason to do so.

 

If you entered the country with a non-immigrant ‘B’ visa you can stay for the remainder of the 90 days.

Your non-B was used when you entered the kingdom, you got 90 day permission of stay that can not be revoked.

Thanks for prompt and distinct responce. So I guess that employer can't make immigration office cancel my 3months long stay unless they said I killed someone ?
